Circuit training in a group is a good way to start exercising. Those who already work out regularly will also benefit from the versatility of circuit training. In addition, it is fun to work out together and encourage each other. We warm up together, then alternate strength training with high intensity workouts at different stations, and finish with stretching. No prior knowledge required, the exercises can be adapted to your conditions.
