Mindful Movements organizes courses, events and workshops Courses are offered from January 2022. Please be in touch regarding bookings and inquiries in advance.
You can choose between weekly yoga classes or shorter courses and sessions including circuit training, Nordic walking, yoga or mindfulness.
Johanna also offers PT services if you want private classes, individually or in a group.
When you participate in yoga courses at Mindful Movements Studio you can come when it is convenient for you, although regular practice is the best way to learn yoga and make progress based on your own conditions. There are classes for beginners as well as more experienced yogis. You can easily sign up via our digital booking system.
Mindful Movements collaborates with Åbo Akademi University. Staff receive a 30% discount on yoga classes, circuit training and Nordic walking and students who are members of ÅAU Sports can attend weekly yoga classes for half the price.

Sign up for weekly classes, events and workshops via our booking system.
You can reserve your spot after registering. Advance registration is required as the number of places is limited. For the weekly classes, you can reserve a spot by signing up for one or more sessions, but remember to cancel the day before if you are unable to participate. We may charge a fee of 10 euros if you don’t cancel. The registration process may vary.

Price: You can buy a 5- or 10-time card, or pay per class when you attend our 90-minute yoga classes. The course descriptions include the price for each course.
You can also use TYKY or Smartum notes, E-passi and Edenred.
